Medical Coverage

Water Utility Management offers employees the peace of mind that comes with comprehensive health insurance. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment.  


Dental Coverage

Our Dental Program is a voluntary benefit available to full-time employees and their dependents after 90 days. 


Vision Coverage

Our Vision Program is a voluntary benefit available to full-time employees and their dependents after 90 days. 


 Retirement Savings Plan

Our 401k savings plan offers tax deferred savings and growth in a variety of investment options. Eligibility for enrollment begins upon attainment of age 21 and the completion of 90 days of full-time employment. If you elect to participate in the plan, the company will make a contribution equal to 100% of your first 3% of deferrals for each payroll period.
