Billing & Payment Options

Making a WUM utility bill payment is quick, convenient, and secure. We offer several options to meet the needs of our customers, but if additional assistance is required, please call our office for more information at (912)-352-9339.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to the growing concern regarding the effect of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, WUM previously closed it’s Customer Lobby and Drive-thru lanes. As of 10/1/2020, our customer lobby and Drive-thru service lanes are open to customers with COVID-19 safety measures in place. As of August 24, 2020, Water Utility Management has returned to standard operations for past due and suspended accounts. To avoid service interruption, we advise customers to contact our office regarding outstanding charges or to remit payment due.

Bi-monthly billing

Customers will receive a bill approximately every 60 days. * For more information, please view our Policies and Procedures Page

*All due dates and collection dates may vary slightly from 60 days due to the work week.

Ways to make a payment

WUM accepts Cash, Money Order, Check, Credit/Debit Card, and Auto-draft from a valid Checking account. 

We accept the following payment options:

Picture of Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Logos.
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit or debit cards. Card payments require a 3% processing fee.*
  • Bank account. 

Customers can pay their utility bill using any of the following convenient methods:  *Lobby and Drive-thru services currently available – COVID-19 Safety Measures in place.*

Auto-Pay:

When you sign up for recurring payments, your bills are automatically paid from your credit card, debit card or your bank account. Enroll in Auto-Pay today by selecting the option within the Customer Portal.

Payment Drop-Box:

Located near the customer entrance at our office, the Payment Drop-Box is secure and always available. Account information must be included with payments in order to be applied successfully.

Pay Online:

 Take care of your bill and manage your account online. Log-in to the Customer Portal or make a payment without logging in by using the Quick-pay option.

Pay by Mail:

To pay by mail, make your check or money order payable to Water Utility Management and send it, along with your utility bill statement stub, to the following address:

Pay by Phone:

To pay by phone, simply call (912) 352-9339 and choose the option to make a payment. Be sure to have your account number ready. Whether you use a bank account or a credit or debit card, a 3% processing fee will be added to the total amount.

Pay in Person/Drive-Thru:

Payments can be made in person at 28 Abercorn Street, Savannah, GA 31401. For added convenience, our location offers a customer lobby with up to four pay windows and two drive-thru lanes for those who wish to stay in their vehicle. COVID-19 Safety Measures are in place.
