Water Charity
Water Utility Management is proud of the service we provide to our customers. We know the infrastructure requirements and the work that goes into providing clean, safe, regulated drinking water to homes and businesses. It is a modern miracle that anyone can simply turn a lever at the sink, bath, or icemaker, and receive treated drinking water! We even use this pristine water to spray on our grass and flush our toilets! Unfortunately, we often take these water resources for granted.
For many people around the world, access to clean drinking water is not so easy. They must spend hours of daily labor just to transport water from a well or river, and not all water sources are safe; they have no choice, and must do whatever it takes to get water. Access to clean water sources and competition for control of said sources are major instigators for local and even international conflict. It is impossible to maintain or improve a quality of life without definitive water security.
We believe that access to clean drinking water is vital to human life, and that clean water is the cornerstone of healthy communities and civilization. We believe that helping communities maintain access to drinking water is an essential way to reduce disease, poverty, and conflict worldwide. It’s vital to do our part to help those without the security of reliable, clean water sources.
