Sign up for eBills and update customer contact information through our Customer Portal. We offer downloaded forms to apply for service and/or update customer contact information. Please select from the following customer documents to be downloaded, completed, and returned to our office by one of the following methods:

  • Drop-off application and all supporting documents in person at our office, located at 28 Abercorn St. Savannah, GA, 31401
